Photos and local drafts

Photo previews are created locally in your browser. Selecting photos alone does not submit a generation job; submitting a job uploads the inputs for processing. Removing a photo releases its preview. To restore uploads after sign-in, this browser stores your selected photos locally as a draft valid for 24 hours. Expired drafts are removed on your next visit. Removing both photos clears the current draft.

Accounts and generation

Google sign-in provides basic profile information, an email address, and an account identifier. Authentication uses essential session cookies. Generation sends selected photos and necessary template media to fal.ai and its model provider. Job identifiers and output references may be stored to support history and recovery.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. Card information is handled by Stripe. We retain order and entitlement records necessary to provide purchased services; a checkout return alone does not prove a payment.

Control and retention

Do not upload photos without permission. Source files are stored privately and removed after success or terminal failure. Videos remain available for up to 7 days, with expired application files cleaned by the processor. fal.ai may retain its own copies under its provider policies. Anonymous trial protection stores keyed network/browser digests, not raw IP addresses. Shared networks may share the free allowance. You may remove local inputs at any time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions such as sign-in, generation and downloads. Analytics events do not include uploaded photos, email addresses or video content. Google may use analytics cookies and process technical information under its own privacy policies. You can limit analytics through browser privacy settings or blocking tools; essential account and payment functions remain separate.
